Work
bearing.
Early-stage IT positioning

Bearing adds structure, traceability, and real-world cost / timeframe grounding to the initial framing of an IT-bearing idea. The benefit lands with the people approving the work — an early, evidence-backed view of what's being committed to, while there's still time to shape it.

Sessions are private; records are created only on explicit export.

contour.
IT-investment triage

Contour accelerates the investment-decision step while delivering consistent, tested, traceable documents to budget-holders. Multi-lens analysis across cost, organisational complexity, stakeholders, components, and timeline. Every claim is tagged as either contributor-stated or AI-inferred.

damask.
Business-case authoring

Damask supports collaborative authoring of full business cases, calibrated against the NZ Treasury Better Business Case framework. Designed for the heavy assembly work — where structure does the lifting instead of the analyst.

grace.
Cybersecurity GRC

Cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance — focused on the slice where AI-assisted authoring and evidence-stitching make the biggest difference. Integrates with existing GRC systems rather than replacing them.

How we build
01
Deployed in your tenancy
A single VM image deploys into your Azure tenancy under your subscription. Authentication, encryption keys, audit destination, and AI-provider agreement all bind to controls you already operate. Askwith integrates with the governance you have — it does not introduce parallel identity, parallel storage, or parallel governance.
02
No telemetry, no calls home
The only outbound paths are the language-model endpoint you configure — data travels under your existing agreement with that provider, not Askwith's — and a configurable web-search path used in-product by Bearing and Contour. No telemetry, no update server, no inbound vendor connection, no user accounts held by Askwith.
03
Provenance throughout
Every claim the software produces is tagged as either contributor-stated or AI-inferred, so reviewers know what to verify and what to challenge. Sessions are not retained; records are created only on explicit export.
